All creative work that is exhibited in the Art Gallery in Reisman Hall must be accompanied by a Work Release document for each entered work.
The typed document must clearly identify the following information ::

Full details of media
Dimensions of work
Insurance Price of work
Sale Price of work or NFS or POR (price on request)
Signature of Artist/Designer
Print Name legibly
Date signed
Campus Address
Home Address
Phone Contact #
** Provide separate documents for each exhibited work.
** Submit to the Gallery Director, Jen Pepper, South Campus A #206 Campus Box SCA #206.
These documents will be kept on file until the close of the student’s exhibition.
