Familiarize yourselves early with various self-publishing
websites that are available to you.
You can begin to upload images and information a little bit at a time.
You can always make changes, until you finalize and purchase one book to be a part of your exhibition.

Here are a few:
Blurb.com (I strongly recommend)
Lulu.com > www.lulu.com
Diggy Pod > www.diggypod.com
Mind Stir Media > www.mindstirmedia.com
48 Hour Books > www.48hrbooks.com
Out Skirts Press > www.outskirtspress.com
Shutterfly
Snapfish

Do some research -
Others are out there!

Familiarize yourselves with each printing company’s digital requirements, their templates, prices and the array of book product designs they have.
I have a number as examples for you to look at.
There are a number of these catalogues in the college's Library collection as well.
