- Make all necessary corrections that have been indicated on your capstone papers
- Give me your last draft for comparison > if you had a number of corrections to be made I needed to see this PRIOR to printing 2 copies on 28# paper
- Add images of exhibition installation shots with details of work (# pages ok) & details of each work following the Addendum
- Follow this with your Gallery checklist noting the details of your works shown in your BFA Thesis exhibition
Prior to the installation shots list on a clean page (separate from research paper) the following:

- include in your Capstone Table of Contents and
- re-paginate
- * pages must be in correct order including Addendum followed by exhibition installation shots
- Clean copy, no marks, all images in color
- Separate your two copies with colored paper
- ONE COPY (for Library) on 28 lb. paper, second copy on regular paper to keep in Studio Art and Photo archive
- Submit 4 business cards, 4 postcards / brochures, 4 Gallery checklists, 4 Bios, 4 cvs, 4 statements
- Submit your completed CDrom / DvD / thumb drives including electronic versions of Capstone Papers, Power Point of your Oral Defense, and ALL jpgs of your year long work
- 1 COPY of your self published book (optional, will be placed in Library collection)
- Place all contents in clean, large Manilla envelop with your name clearly marked, date & program
